A social sciences graduate of Manchester University, Andrew initially ran golf tournaments worldwide for the Professional Golfers Association, refereeing in the Ryder Cup at The Belfry.
He then moved into the business arena, and for eight years managed and marketed a number of commercial golf & leisure clubs throughout the UK. A qualified golf professional, Andrew now uses golf as a business tool through his company Business in Golf.
His Learner Drivers Club works as a ‘corporate dating agency’, bringing business people together to share in the joys and frustrations of learning golf!
As an event manager, Andrew has helped companies use golf as a vehicle for client entertainment and team-building, running events for the likes of RBS, Addleshaw Goddard, Price Waterhouse Coopers, Coutts and B&Q.
An accomplished business speaker, he uses golf and other sports to educate and inspire leaders, entrepreneurs and performance-related workers to achieve greater success. Forthcoming engagements include RBS Business Breakfast, TiE Entrepreneurial Group, Brabners in the City, Bolton Business Show, Co-Operative Bank Networking Evening.
