What's the message?

Professional sport is surely the most competitive environment of all so why not learn some business lessons from elite performers like Tiger Woods and Roger Federer?

High achievers in both worlds share many common characteristics. Andrew’s belief is that employees are assets and, like athletes, need nurturing, coaching and motivating if they are to perform at their best. We can all use inspiration from sport to help remove those layers that hold us back.

In sport, as in business, there’s a Tiger Woods inside all of us. We just need to peel away the outer layers!
